Firstly I stood infront of a TV for a while. I had to ask the salesman for assistance who was typing on his cell. He told me to buy a 29 inch Sinotech HD ready instead of the 32 inch full HD LED. He then told me to sign a document stating that it was for domestic and not business when I told him it was for flat. At this stage I was upset. After 12minutes he came back with the TV.I got to the teller which had a long line and when it was my turn I gave her the documents the salesman gave to me. She then told me that the picture in the ID was not me. I explained what a certified copy meant to her. She asked me for my drivers licence and caller her friend (teller authoriser) and they both giggled. She then told me that this was not me. She was loud. Customers behind me were all looking at this bizarre event which I dropped everything and started walking out. They called me back and paid for the TV. At the security the guard only told me that the TV was a 1 year warranty. As I wnt back to the salesman who told me it was a 5year warranty the security ran to me and told me its a 5 year. This really looked bad as the whole time it was as if I was being interrogated. This is not professional at al
