I purchased an Acer Laptop in April this year. it has now gone faulty. I called Acer to book a repair, only to be told there is no on site warranty.
I called Game who advised me that the warranty was handled in store and i must take the Laptop in to the store and they will arrange the repairs.
There was a 3 year on site warranty handed to me on purchase! when i queried this, i was told that that is no longer the case. Even the salesman in the Computer department state there is an on-site warranty, so why am I not getting this?
