On 02-08-2013 i went to deposit money at Absa. there was a very long que as a result one of the tellers a female yelled and said other people can go to the Business teller. People behind me started running towards that door and they were assisted ves fast. upon seeing that, i also decided to go there because there were still a lot of people in from of me. When i got there the teller named (Mandla Makhathi) asked me why i was there because he didn't call me. i explained to him. he said go back because you're at the back of the line anyway. i tried to explain that the people he just helped were at the end of the line. and the lady that told us to use this teller did not say only people on the front of the line or anything else. He responded by saying i must use my mind. that's when i became angry and gave him a piece of my mind as well. and i went back to the qua. 2Min's later the lady yelled the same instruction again and i went back to business deposit teller and this time he told me that he will help me but with somethings i need to use common sense. who on earth does he think he is to tell me to use common sense. is that how your tellers are trained at Absa to insult customers??
