Poor Service And Not Soliving My Problem

I went into Vodacom, they called me to come and upgrade my account. When I went in I specifically told the salesman that I do not want another contract right now, I just want my BIS to be reactivated. He offered me an upgrade with a phone aswel and I said no. All I want is my BIS activated again. So I signed what the salesman told me to sign. Now when I went in to Vodacom to renew my contract, the salesman said what I signed for was a 2 year contract, AFTER I SPECIFICALLY TOLD HIM I DO NOT WANT TO UPGRADE RIGHT NOW. What I asked the salesman for and what he gave me is 2 different things. And the worst thing is that Vodacom does not want to fix the problem. I think its unacceptable that you guys can't sort it out, the salesman didn't even tell me that I was signing a 2 year contract, he explained nothing to me. Is that not? I don't think I will ever use Vodacom again if my problem is not resolved. Nobody I have spoken to can seem to help me.
