I bought an LG 3D tv from Hi-Fi Corporation Centurion branch. Below is a trail of my complaint:

My tv has now been replaced, by an upgraded one which is R500 more. I am not happy that I was made to pay the R500 despite assurance from Claude that he was going to replace it with this type at no extra cost. His argument was that the original cost was R6999, yet the going price was R7499 when I got to the shop.
When I got to the shop, suddenly the going price for a tv similar to my original one was reduced from R7499 to R6999 whilst the replacement remained at R7999.
To make matters worse, we were made to wait for an hour as they had similar problems with confirmation of my licence despite the fact that it is up to date.
I hereby claim my R500 as I paid it under protest. I also want confirmation that this replacement tv is still covered by the extended warranty and the effective date.
