I REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH RUSSELS

I PURCHASED A LAPTOP AND TELEVISION FROM RUSSELS LONG STREET BRANCH WHICH WAS LATER CLOSED AND ALL OUR ACCOUNTS WERE TRANSFERRED TO ADDERLEY STREET BRANCH . I HAVE BEEN PAYING MY ACCOUNT ON TIME EVERY MONTH AN INSTALLMENT OF R658.00 INCLUDING INSURANCE. ONE DAY BROKE INTO MY CAR AND MY LAPTOP, I REPORTED THE CASE TO THE POLICE AND THEY PROVIDED ME WITH A CASE NUMBER AND REPORT TO GIVE TO RUSSELS. TWO WEEKS LATER THE BRANCH TOLD ME TO BRING R200.00 EXCESS AND GET ANOTHER LAPTOP SINCE THEY DID NOT HAVE THE SAME AS MY ONE. WHEN I DROVE 40KM TO THE BRANCH THE MANAGER TOLD ME SHE IS WAITING FOR THE HEAD-OFFICE. I LOST A FORTUNE TRAVELLING TO THE BRANCH AND CALLING THEM EVERYDAY. IT TOOK RUSSELS 4MONTHS FOR THEM TO TELL ME THAT THE LOSS OF MY LAPTOP WAS DUE TO MY NEGLIGENCE. I ACCEPTED THE OUTCOME FROM THE INSURANCE DEPARTMENT BUT I TOLD THEM TO CUT THE INSURANCE OFF BECAUSE I CANT INSURE SOMETHING THAT I DON'T OWN ANYMORE. I TOLD THE BRANCH AND THE HEAD OFFICE THAT I AM WILLING TO PAY MY ACCOUNT AS LONG CUT OFF INSURANCE AMOUNT.I STOPPED PAYMENT 5MNTHS AGO. RUSSELS THREATENS TO BLACKLIST ME EVERYDAY INSTEAD OF GIVING ME PROPER FEEDBACK. I NEED FEEDBACK A.S.A.P!
