Samsung launched the galaxy note 3 with gear. It is advertised as "gear sold separately". The Digital Experience in Fourways crossing has display material communicating this. I went in to purchase the gear just to be informed that they don't sell the gear separately. I spoke to the store owner who tells me that Samsung can't change their advertising material if the stock did not arrive and said why should they? I was shocked that any business would have this view. I asked him if he shouldn't speak to his supplier about this. He brushed me off and said I should speak to them. I asked him to give me the nr. Whilst giving me the number he said "good luck". After years of supporting The Digital Experience in Fourways crossing, the goodwill was erased in one conversation. It is scary to think that I have spent so much money with a shop who, don't care about their customers and are so arrogant. The Digital Experience is for you if you want to Experience evil, greed and everything that is wrong with humanity.
