None replacement of a defect TV

I bought a LCD Telefunken TV at Russels Rustenburg on credit which started to have fault not displaying the picture but sound was there. The beginning of 2013 i moved to Johannesburg where this problem of the TV started. I approached the nearest Russels shop which was Northgate if they could take the TV for repair or i need to go to the branch in Rustenburg where i bought it, they said they can do it no need to go to RTB branch. After many follow ups they told me that the spare part cant be sourced so there is need to replace the TV. The problem now is the Rustenburg branch does not want to replace the TV because they don't want to pay NRTGate branch the amount for replacement. Its now two months for me without a TV yet i am still paying for the TV. When I call the stores clerk in Rustenburg he says his escalating the issue with his superiors and he will update me but its been two weeks i have to follow up on him and he still gives me the same answer. I am now tired of not getting any help from Russels yet i am still paying them.
