June 2012- that's a year ago already, we purchased a lounge set from Russels Lephalale branch. The same month the fabric torn loose and we had the branch pick the set up to send it back to the supplier. Ever since, I have phoned to find out where the Lounge set is. For months, the store manager said to me every time I phone, that I will receive it the following week(which wasn't the case). What makes me so disgusted, is that I had phoned Russels HQ several times, reported my issue, and to this day- no one has come back to me regarding this problem. By all means, I don't want the lounge set anymore! How can you pay for something you don't even get to use? This is pathetic!! I had wasted so much money, making calls, driving to the branch(bear in mind that I had to put in 5 days leave overall to go to Russels Lephalale Branch).The Branch Manager is ALWAYS on leave, so I counted on HQ to assist me, however, they offer an even more pathetic service! This is no way to treat a client.
