They messed up our account so badly, charged us for stuff we did not have and then have the decency of putting a garnishee order on my husband's salary slip after we have been paying them every month.
I cant believe this, really. their accounts are up to rubbish, no one seems to know what's going on at Russels primrose, every month there is a different accounts manager. We spoke to area manager, they also have no clue what their branch is doing.

They have no clue what goes on in their accounts. They mess up our account so badly and overcharged us, and handed us over to attorneys because we did not pay. But I have proof of payments for each and every payment we made. I have gone into Russels primrose numerous times to try sort out our account, gave them hundreds of copies of proof of payments, every time we are told they will sort it out.
