I have three accounts with Russels. Two off the accounts is paid in full. Every day the legal department is phoning me regarding my two accounts thats in arrears. I did took it up with the branch in Klerksdorp but after 5 months i get phone calls from the legal department. I also get sms from the russels legal department stating that i must make arrangements for the arrears as soon as possible. Please Russels update your computer system regarding my accounts.
