Had a repair done to a bracelet with Wolf Bros Jewellers earlier this year - which I was happy with.
When the bracelet broke again, I took it back to the same branch (Cavendish).
I received a text message around a week later to let me know that my repair was ready for collection.
I arrived to find that the bracelet had not been repaired. I was informed by the assistant that unfortunately they were unable to do this kind of repair.
I reminded the assistant that the same repair had been done previously.
