Cash customer has bad account

I bought some items from russels in marlvern, paid in cash. for when i was about to move.
but i never moved, therefore never took delivery of the goods.
i was refunded my total amount paid by the branch, which i must add, are a great bunch of people, i would most likly deal with the marlvern branch russels again.
this was last year december.
now in 2013, russels head office have called, and smsed me, to say i have account in arrers, this is also reflecting on my trans unioin, which means i have a drop in my credit rating, due to the incompentance of their staff or systems.

i will claim for damages to my name, and credit rating.
