This has to be my 3rd or 4th Russels complaint and i am getting sick and tired.
a year ago (almost 2) i bought furniture at this store and decided to pay cash so i went over to the bank to get a loan and payed for the furniture immedialty. 2yrs down the line it still shows on my credit record that i am paying russels and on top of that it says i am in arrears. THis better be fixed becuase this giving me a bad name and if this is not sorted out in one week i will see my lawyers, this is not the first time i am complaining about this and i was told that it will be removed.
I will not recommed russels to my worst enemy, if you buy here you will be in for life!!! on top of all that my furniture is falling apart...
