I would like to thank Shadrack for the commitment he has for his job. He turned a complaint into a compliment. Great manager's always listen, think and offer options whereas normal managers are guided by policies and certainly no alternatives. It is true that manager's are there make decisions, if it went for Shadrack's great leadership skills I would be still be sent from pillar to post looking for simple invoice which should archived by a branch. Shadrack is indeed a leader, a simple decision that couldbe from a branch level had to resolved a senior manager!
