No feedback after enquiry

We bought a Kalvinator 90C gas stove and hob with an extractor fan from Hirsh's on 2/6/2012, invoice number 3590038. We also bought the extended warrentee from Hirsch's underwritten by Hollard. One of the two oven fans stopped working. I phoned the sales person, Colette Ogbuke to report this two weeks ago. She took all my details but still we have not heard anything back, nor has anyone come to repair the stove. I need someone to come and have a look at the problem and fix it, or to replace the stove.
