I made an offer of purchase with a pre-approval from the bank then was questioned if i can afford it, Shadrack (estate agent) felt the need to question me about my finacial status further more he indicated that he had the keys to the house so the bank can assess the house. I called owner of the house so i could show my son the house, i then had a conversation with the owner of the house and advised him of the OTP (offer to purchase) he than told me that there was no offer made to his knowledge he then told me that Shadrack does not have the keys to the house, i contacted Shadrack to find out wat the delay was and to my suprise Shadrack burst in Fumes and hung up the call and a few minutes later i recieved an sms if i should quote 'you are being rude and abusive and don't tell me how to do my job in future do not contact me contact Thabo' have decided to share this with those who deserve to know. I do not want to lose this house because of this character... i have dreamed to own such a home
