I saw 2 Lenox sofas advertised on furniture city catalogue for R6999, both my wife & i loved them to bit and we decided to buy them. On the 11/03/2013 i bought the lenox sofa & the defy front loader washing machine from Shadrack (Sales Person) using cash. The deliver was made on the 23/03/2013 after the matter was escalated to George (manager). It came to my shock that only one sofa was delivered, i called the shop & spoke to Shadrack to ask him why is it only one sofa is delivered whilst on the catalogue they have two sofas and he said to me the second sofa is more demonstration. Immediatelty when he said i asked for a refund. I called the manager on the 26/03/2013 to inform him about my refund (Shadrack didnt even inform his manager) and the manager confirmed that they will refund me. I called the manager on the 30/03 who told me i must email them my banking details with proof of statement. I called again on the 4/04 spoke to the manager who came up with a lot if excuses on why the refund is not processed yet & he just only had a look at my email that was emailed on the 30/03.

I'm starting to think of taking the legal route to get my refund & every cent ispent trying to get my refund
