On Sunday 27 October 10:48 only one attendant was present on the service floor he assisted his client and went to the bathroom, Shadrack was sitting just off the service floor on the way to the shop ignoring us at the petrol pump. Another attendant was siting inside Maxi's and as we left without service another attendant returned from KFC.
We did complain to C Williams who did have a word with Shadrack but we were to dissapointed to reverse back to the pumps and deal with someone that does not want to help.
I would understand if it was a busy evening with car lining up but we were the only customer at the pumps.
This service station has the most pumps and the poorest service in Kimberley.
I have never enjoyed filling up at this service station.
Because of the attitude of the attendants.
Please make your attendants happy so that they are willing to help all clients with a smile.
