I went to the Markham Bluff branch on 07.08.2013 at 5-50pm. Their doors were already closed when the business hours displayed on the window clearly indicated that they close at 6 PM. There was a side door that was slightly opened that I managed to peer through and the cashier agreed to allow me in as I only wanted to complete payment on my account. The store manager then came through and was disgruntled and very rude. She questioned the cashier as to why I was let in. So much for being an ambassador for your brand. Clearly the manager does not possess the necessary customer service skills to be running a branch. Markham would go a long way in maybe promoting the cashier to manager as she clearly possesses the right temperament for the job. I hope that the manager is taken to task for this and they adhere to business hours going forward.
