No Credit Card Facilities

My wife had a full trolley of groceries and on arrival at the teller was informed that the credit card facilities were offline. Although no fault of the teller my wife moaned at her and asked why they didn't inform the customers on entering the store. The teller agreed with my wife and said that she had even suggested that to the management but the management chose not too.
