On Friday morning a customer was harassed at your Pick and Pay store by the Branch manager. The incident took place at about 11:30 or so, it was unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour for someone who is a branch manager treating a customer enough to be their elder that way, especially in front of all the other customers watching. It was a humiliating experiencing to listen to and witness. I would like people like this branch manager to be removed as they truly have no idea as to how to treat the customer.
This lady deserves an apology, otherwise that Pick and Pay needs to close down if people are being treated that way. This guy is rude, and there a better professional people out there that are in need of jobs.
I need this followed up, and something must be done about this branch manager. He must go to school as well and be thought customer skills and communication skills. That woman deserves an apology.
