I went to Truworths store in kolonnade mall on Saturday, 09 March 2013 to return the shoes that was bought over the weekend and I was told that the only person who can make a decision is not available and can only be available on Monday as they are afraid to get warnings for crediting shoes that have been worn. to me this is unprofessional to see a person who is in charge of the store being afraid to make a decision, managers are there to make decision not to come up with lame excuses as to being afraid to be taken to task. As a customer I am very disappointed on how the matter was dealt by Nelson and Mandla by saying to me that I want them to do me a favour and loose their job. I believe when i go to the store I don't expect any favours from anyone as I didn't ask for one. I guess I lost confidence on them as they couldn't save the situation to avoid a complain of this nature. from now on it will be appropriate to deal directly with regional manager than with managers at store level as they can't take decisions. Unhappy customer who expects feedback from higher level.
