Were looking at laptops on contract, did not succeed in the application.
Fortunately for us, Polina, spoke to us about in-store credit, gave us the application forms, explained to the process, as well as making jokes in between to make the waiting period seem shorter & to brighten our day. She was very helpful through out the process. To our luck we were approved & could now buy the laptop we desired. A warm thank you to Polina, clearly striving for customer satisfaction. The same day we went to buy the laptop we could not get any assistance at the laptop section of the store as the person working in that section was busy assisting another client. We stood around waiting for the store clerk to finish as we could not find the laptop we wanted. We were then approached by Oscar, who without any delay helped us. He also informed us that the laptop we were looking for was on special & showed us exactly were this could be obtained. I am very pleased and pleasantly surprised by the friendly & prompt service, especially due to the fact that we entered the shop 15min before closing time. I hope that these 2 individuals receive what they deserve for outstanding customer service.
