Bad customer service and Lack of feed-back

I purchased a combo containing an HP Laptop and bag, HP camera and a computer desk at Bears Rustenburg Last year December. The laptop only worked for a week and then I started experiencing problems; the laptop couldn't work unless it was plugged onto a charger. When I switch the charger off, it went off. I took it back to the store and I was told it will be sent in for repairs, I went to the store after a month to check on the process but there was no luck. I went to bears more than 20 times before I got my laptop back.
When I eventually got it, the same problem persisted again, and I took it back to the store again in December 2012. I came back in January to check the process (I thought it would have been sent back) my sales person contacted the technicians and he was told the laptop was ready for collection. He told me he would call me as soon as they get it but he never did. I had to go to the store again and found that my laptop wasn't there. When he called the technicians, he was told that my laptop was. The manager promised to find out what happened and said she will copy me in every correspondence with the technical people.
