Poor communication

On the 16th of March 2013, i wanted to use my credit card. And only to find that my card it says " your card have a problem, contact your branch." Well; because it was late at nite, i could not do anything. i had to look for money somewhere alse to pay for what i wanted.

Than on the 18th i called woolworth credit card, then they said i must go to the nearest branch and give them the proof of resdents and my id copy. But i asked " Why didn't you let me know about all this, than to close or block my card? " can you believe it, she said sorry about that.

Okay, i took a day off from work on the 20th to go to the nearest woolworth branch in Musina. i had with me, my id book and the proof of resdents.

Then Dries the manager in the woolworth store, called the financial credit provider. They talked, and talked. then he printed some form that i have to give to my mum to fill in. Because is not my name on the proof of resdents paper.

I then gave my mum the forms, and returned the forms. I called again, i was told that they are still busy with my request. So today which is the 25th, i'm told that they need something which has my name on it.
why poor communication???
