Dion Wired Boksburg customer service stinks

I booked in my HP laptop for screen repair on 8 Jan 2013. the screen had ink on the right side. I could use it as it was. it was still under guarantee. they quoted me R2000 for the damage and I instructed them not to repair it. they returned my laptop without its battery. It took weeks to convince them I booked it in with its battery. Fortunately, their supplier confirmed my story. I was then given a 'new' battery which couldn't even power on the laptop. it had to be charged first (unusual for a new battery). then the huge problem is, the screen cant even light up now. I cant even type anything now. Thando even connected another monitor but nothing is showing. if the laptop was not tempered with, then a connected monitor would have shown details of the machine. I still don't have my laptop since 8 Jan. I just need my laptop back in the same condition I booked it in that's all. is that too much to ask? Been sent from pillar to post, wasting money calling them and even driving to Boksburg. they don't even bother to tell me progress on this issue. Its unprofessional and unacceptable. Bring back my laptop please I really need to use it. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM DION WIRED AGAIN. Douglas
