Dear Dion Wired, I have been a regular customer at your Centurion store having purchased a sound bar and digital camera there in the last month. Today, I specifically drove all the way to Dion Wired with the intention to purchase a laptop and an extra battery for a digital camera and was interested in seeing what was available at your store. Your sales staff appeared to be completely uninterested in assisting me with finding a laptop. Eventually I found a Dell laptop in your clearance section that would have worked ideally for my purposes, but nobody was around to assist me with getting it out of the display case and after 15 minutes standing around I walked out and it will be the last time I visit your Centurion branch or support Dion Wired. I'll spend the R14, 000 elsewhere.
