Dion Wired sold me a faulty Acer laptop that they are refusing to replace it and want to send it in for repairs that will take 21 working days.
If I wanted a damaged laptop i wouldn't have purchased a brand new one from a supposedly reputable retailer. Acer computers are not much help either and instead of trying to save their reputations and give me the help that I need they refuse to understand my situation.
The laptop is needed for study purposes and all assignments are done online so I cannot afford not to have a laptop as assignments are due every week and will result in me failing the course if I do not have a laptop.
So they expect me either hand in the machine and fail the course or void the warranty. Never in my life have I come across such terrible customer service from both Dion Wired and Acer.
