I thought dial a bed was for those in need of a bed, and could arrange for it via the telephone hence the name Dial a Bed. I called dial a bed with regard to a new mattress I was a assisted by a very helpful lady, good advise and friendly, she did say however that the mattress would need to be ordered as she never had stock on hand and that it should arrive within 4 days at the store for me to pay and collect. Well a week went by and I heard nothing from the said store, I then called and spoke to carl that said he would follow up and find out the status, he called back and said the mattress should be in the store by no later than Thursday of the said week. Well this never happened as I have heard nothing further from Dial a Bed. In my opinion don't waste your time calling them, they don't carry stock and their service just... it was a disappointing experience and personally don't think their name justifies the Dial a Bed pretence as this is really not the case.
