NO AFTER SALE SERVICE DIAL-A-BED

SOUTH AFRICA... RATHER BUY YOUR BED FROM ANY OTHER STORE BUT NOT DIAL-A-BED!!!
I BOUGHT A BED, IT WAS REPLACED WITH THE EXCUSE SORRY A MANUFACTURING PROBLEM.
The bed was replaced after a hectic fight with dial a bed. 6 years back. For some time now the base started squeaking. We don't go to our holiday home often so I turned the base and turned it again and then the mattress to try and sort it out, and eventually contacted them, after discovering the store closed down and another one is active. I tried to explain the problem to the salesman-he requested I fax my invoice to him and gave me his direct number. I did that it is now another month and NO REPLY. THESE GUYS are not in the least interested to get back to me the client. Same pattern-this will again be another fight waiting!!! In future I will without a doubt support The Bed Shop instead of Dial a bed. I had a knock on the bed twice with them I must be a fool going for the third time.
