Dial-a-bed
Bed in Guarantee but broken???

I bought a bed less than 4 years ago from Dial a bed, the base, which lasted 3 months, i did not complain about.
NOW, the mattress is completely bust? What the? What now? Who is responsible? Who is going to come back to me and sort out this problem?
I need a mattress and I dont think I am going to pay for one if this is the type of product and service I get?
