PnP destroyed me life-after slip n fall

In december 2012 I was doing my xmas shopping at pnp. I slipped on a wet foor and fell on my back. I sustained a serious injury to my spine. There was no "caution signs". Pnp called the ambulance and sent me to a private hospital. Since the incident i had to pay for all medical bills, medication and treatments. There was no assistance from pnp. I am still on unpaid leave as i have no sick leave left. I am unable to work as a result of this injury i've been going for physiotherapy and seeing specialist since december. I can no longer afford therapy as i dont have an income now. I have 3 children and cant care for them as i used to, i cant do my day to day activities. when we have family outings i cant join in the fun. This has caused a huge drop in my self esteem and i feel very depressed. The simple joys in my life was taken away from me because of their negligence. I am a 29 year old female and cant even play in the park with my kids. My life falls apart bit by bit and pnp's business goes on as usual. This is so unfair and frustrating I just want my life back
