HI, I fell in Pick n Pay, they was no warning nor any merchandiser to tell me that Clean Green fell on the floor, I slipped and hurt my back, I was in the clinic for 6 days. Pick n pay staff knew, they filled in an incident report.
all hospital bills and medication which i am still on this and its being payed by me, they refuse to pay any liability.
They Had Mutual and federal investigating this case, and found that they were not at fault. I have all the proof and am trying to get my money from them for the damages to my back and legs, I am a pensioner, and cant afford all this I took a loan from a friend for my medication, the doctors filled out reports, but all this is ignored.
please advise me what can me done about all this. Please help me. thanks so much
