LIFE THREATENING

I got admitted into the hospital on the 25th Jan 2013 in the maternity ward 3 and was discharged on the 29th. On the 27Th one of the cleaners ripped two of my toes with their cleaning machines and i was bleeding like. The nurses and matron in charge were immediately alerted of the injury and they referred me to casualties where i had to pay to see a casual doctor. They showed very little care and remorse, all they said was they had to write an incident report which i never saw.
The night of the same day while watching TV, it started raining and rain came running through the sides of the TV. Once again I alerted the nurse in charge and she just changed me from one bed to the other.

MY LIFE WAS COMPLETELY TRAUMATISED AND THREATENED AS WATER AND ELECTRICITY DO NOT MIX AND WORSE THIS IS A HOSPITAL WHERE MY LIFE SHOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF AND MORE SO I HAVE TWO BIG WOUNDS ON MY TOES FROM THE SAME HOSPITAL WHICH WILL BE CHARGING MY MEDICAL AID BIG AMOUNTS OF MONEYS.

MY STAY IN THE HOSPITAL WAS DISASTROUS AND I NEED TO BE COMPENSATED FOR THAT.
