Liberty Life
Dishonoring of payment of insurance benefit

In April 2012 I fell, as result tore ankle ligament. Have been hospitalised twice, attending orthopeadic specialists every month 2date. Injury has compromised my ability to move around as have ankle brace supporting instable ankle, as well using elbow crutches. This condition has declared me temporary unable to continue with my human resources & office manager professional career & consequently with no income. My previous employer's group scheme (administered - Old Mutual) provided an income for six month. Specialist orthopeadic surgeons have advised that there are no medical interventions that would heal condition, but allow nature to take its course.
Prior to 2012 had similar injury, however completely healed @ time of 2nd injury (proven doc's input)

About October 2012 applied to Liberty for income protector &/or temporary disability benefit from insurance (Policy # 59427485900) have with them. Since submission claim, have not received any feedback from Liberty. Have conducted several (03, 09, 15 Jan 2013) follow ups btwn Liberty 0860456789), as well chasing up medical forms Liberty had requsted input on frm doctor. Last week, for 1st time I received an email enquiring
