On the 28 April 2011 the was a at Fnb Dunswart were I was working, I had a panic attack I fell and broke my arm then I was taken to hospital using a goverment ambulance but was taken to a private hospital where my medical aid was used and till today I'm still waiting for my funds as I used my medical aid and I'm getting a statement for da ambulance on a monthly basis. I have send all the docs as proof of payment from my medical aid but nobody is doing anything about this case.
