Slipped in the store muscle injury to whole right leg pelvis - back pain unfortunately i have had a previous spinal fusion which complicates things - i fell very quickly and swiftly unable to stop myself experienced excrutiating pain with the fall - I did leave my details with the store - have been to Dr booked of work - all costs from medical aid savings which are becoming depleted - only received one phone call from store - did report again that i still have a lot of pain - still limping - i was told that there was nothing on the floor where i slipped unfortunately i cannot confirm that as i was in so much pain at the time so i have no proof - i asked to see the manager explained the situation and have not been contacted again i cannot understand this dont care attitude i was made to feel very uncomfortable - there has been no further offer of help or assistance - I really have no inclination to shop in your store anymore - extremely dissappointed how this was handled
