At 13:40pm today, with my colleague we went to Pick n Pay Montana Crossing to buy some lunch, at the Deli, this one lady by the name of Florence passed by as we were waiting for our orders, she then without saying anything gave my colleagues a very nasty look & turned away. i got concerned because i saw how she looked at my colleague & i asked the lady who was serving us why is she behaving like that, the lady just said some customers can be boring.
we got our food and we went to the till points to pay, as we were paying, that Florence lady came to us and Poked me, in full view of staff & customers, asking why i said she has attitude, i looked at her and said, i never spoke to u, she went on to say "Ska mbora' (Don't bore me), everyone was looking at us & she continued being rude to us so badly. As Pick n Pay loyal & Regular customers we feel so harrassed & embarrased by the staff because everyone was looking & nobody bothered to do or say anything about the situation. i asked for the name of that rude lady from Lydia, a cashier who was helping us, she just laughed so loud and said to us we must just get out and go & eat our lunch because we are hungry. WHERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE???
