On 2013/05/30 at about 13:20. I ordered chicken at the food counter. The lady assisting me put the food on top of the microwave. I assume her colleagues were also warming food for other customers. She then served other customers and warmed their food while still leaving mine on top of the microwave. I called to her and her reaction showed that she mistakenly forgot about me. After receiving my food, about 10 minutes had elapsed, with my lunch hour only being 30 minutes. I proceeded to the cigarette counter to pay because of the time wasted at the food counter. The cashier was helping a staff member who was paying for her food. When it was my turn, the cashier told me that I cannot pay at that counter. I explained to her about the delay at the food counter caused by one of their staff, but she insisted. I then asked why she could help the staff member and not me. One of the managers came up and asked her to help me (a black male). Another manager, a white guy sitting nearby at a desk instructed the cashier not to help me. Myself and the manger exchanged vulgarities in front of all the other customers and staff. That"s no way for a manger to handle a situation. I'm disgusted.
