I signed the deal on 12 February 2013 and have still not received all of my furniture. Ontop of this African bank is sending me emails that they are going to start debiting my account from the 26th of this month. I have spoken to the Regional manager (Mr Fisher) who assusred me he would tend to the matter and then for a week I did not hear from him. I phoned and asked from him and was told he is on study leave!!! and noone else can assist but him!!! I was then informed that theri is an IT related problem with the deal and nobody knows how long will take to be fixed. I am sitting with no furniture and African bank trying to debit my account. I logged a call with customer care (reference number 175009) but still nobody can assist.
