Hi I did witness alvin (cashier) being rude to a customer. The customer was infront of me, I heard her asking the cashier why can't she the cashier help her first because she stood there before the guy behind her, and that she heard the other staff memeber say they have money, and the cashier told the lady that she is busy with the customer, so the customer said she was there first in the line and that the cashier is making her late for work. The cashier did shout at the customer, another staff member told alvina to keep quiet but alvena kept insulting the customer, I understand how this customer feels as a lot of pick n pay staff have been rude to me aswell. Alvina had a attitude with a lady before this customer aswell, the customer also wanted to draw money, she had a woolworths uniform on.if I was the customer I would have demanded the store manager and an appology. Wow. I am a manger and will never tolerate that disgusting behavier from alvina. She is plain rude and looks like she doesn't want to help the customers, attitude problem big time.that lady is a customer and deserves respect.
