I went to your Trade Mall at Lenesia yesterday 30 Oct 13, took the things I needed then went to pay, the lady that we were in the queue decided to go for lunch then this lady came to relief her, she called the supervisor to open the till then she the supervisor told the cashier Sinah why are you not apologising to your customers for the delay she just looked at her.
The she continued to talk to her packer and then she took my staff and scanned them then asked for the smartcard, I asked her if she does not greet she just looked at me. I was appalled by this as for me I know you train your staff how to act when serving customers but this was just appalling as she did not says sorry or anything. I'm disgusted by how even the supervisor does not care so why should the staff care.
