I am a regular customer of Pick 'n Pay and love to buy their prepared food from their deli. Two days ago i went there to buy food and the service was not up to standard. I asked the lady that was helping me where their regular staff was, and she informed me that they were dismissed. The problem is that people started to queue up because the replaced staff were clueless about products and pricing, to the extend that the supervisor had to come and help the customers. The food was also very tasteless and undercooked. I would advice the company to make sure that they train their staff before putting them in front of clients. Clients wont understand the situation, especially if they (the client) are used to excellent service. I hope that the next time i go there as a customer that they service will be up to standard.
