I was hurt and angry at the sametime due to the way the cashier at spar treated one of the customer.
This lady is a black lady work as a cashier at spar thornhill plaza polokwane, I was busy paying when the old man unpack his staff so he can pay, the lady then told the old black man that she is going out for lunch and the old man to go to the next till to pay, he did as requested .then while I am still paying after the old man was requested to go to the next till, the white lady came to the till and unpack her staff and I looked at the cashier to see if she will tell the white lady about lunch as she did to the old man.to my suprise she helped the lady and I asked her why didn't she tell her because that old man is also a clients and is paying.she just looked at me. I then went to the manager and told him what happend and he said is not acceptable.
I stand and looked just to see if the cashier will be adressed in the correct manner but he didn't.
I want the spar franchises should deal with this lady and this is the new era we cannot accept to be judged by thecolour of our skin or the language we speak.
