Horrible "Service" yet again from Pick & Pay Flora Centre, Florida, Roodepoort!
Maybe its time to Re-Vamp your staff's attitude as well and not only re-vamp the facilities.
Cashier: Mary Ratseane, thank you for your terrible attitude towards loyal customers, Flora Centre seems to have so very few customers these days, why not continue to drive all of them away...?
Incident took place at 13:57 on Tuesday 19/03/2013:
After waiting in line, i was the next customer to be "assisted", I continued to the check out counter, Mary continued to talk to other Pick & Pay staff and basically ignored me, I greeted, no answer, yet again i said "You don't even greet your customers? " No answer.By the third attemp at greeting Mary Ratseane I had enough. She bluntly looked at me and ignored me, and continued ringing up.
Your staff at this store are continually creating a very bad image for the group, maybe it time to start looking more in detail at the staff's attitudes towards customers and not the bottom line.
I urge Pick & Pay to take this matter up as serious and look into this store.
