Very bad attitude, and very rude

I wanted to buy stuff at Pick n Pay in North cape mall. It was just after 13:00, and as usual over lunchtime (the busiest time of the day) only 2 tills were open. I went to the cigarette counter, because there were only 1 person in the Line, a Pick n Pay staff member buying lotto tickets. The cashier was on a slow stike. She said to me I must wait at the other till. While I were waiting, the people started another line at the other till. After assist the staff member she went to the other till. And start to help the people in the second line. When I asked her why she helping them first, her comment was that is the line. She showed me the wrong line, and wanted me to stand at the back. She was very rude, when I asked her name, she shouted, she don't have a name. I will rather go next time to another shop. I am the customer, and she can't speak to me like that, or treat me like that. I don't appreciate it. I will also make sure that people know what tipe of staff work at this store. The so called manager also could not assist, she just stand there, and did not know how to handle the situation. I will make sure that everyone knows about this poor store, and the attitude.
