I'd like to thank ALL of the Diepkloof Pick n Pay staff for the great service. There are sufficient tills open, no matter what time of the month, which makes it quick. This Pick n Pay store is one of many places to go to in Soweto but I would rather stand in this store's line because it moves, guys we even appreciate the person standing along the tills to assist customers on which tills to go to.
Besides it being speedy, its also clean, the shelves are stocked up regularly and the staff is amazing. I can actually count the amount of times i never got a smile while interacting with any staff member, actually Ive found that the staff from the counter with cooked food is the unfriendliest, but i hardly have to go there so its okay, plus this is a compliment so i don't want to concentrate on them.
Your staff treat us like we are valuable, therefore we will continue shopping there. Thank you so much, we appreciate every moment of your friendly efficient service and assistance. I hope this is shown or read to the staff, even if its some of them, just so they know that their efforts do not go unnoticed to the consumer.
