I am a regular and loyal customer at Pick n Pay Mall@Reds, but ever since they revamped the layout of the shop and made the tills with that horrible long line between the sweets and stuff, the service went right out the door! The have like 20 tills but NEVER have I been there where more than 3 tills were operating. Peak time, month end... doesn't matter! Always just 2 or 3 tills open! On top of that, the service is extremely slow and the staff can really work on their attitude and friendliness. This also counts for the express tills for people with less than 10 items, sometimes that que is even longer and the staff chats with everyone and delaying service. Please for the sake of your customers, get more staff immediately and please tell them a smile has never made anyone sick.
