I opened an account with Jet after theydeclined me for 3 months whilst I was approved by Mr Price. Nonetheless I wanted Jet as I like their clothing line. Everything was in order till I got my statement as well from Hollard as I choose insurance. My surname was misspelt and it's only one letter on my surname that is wrong. I phoned the call center and was told to fax copy of my ID which I did. I waited a month nothing changed on my statement. I again phoned the call center who advised me to go direct to my local Jet shop which I did. I got there then they again phoned the call center and was asked to leave my copy of my ID which I did. I waited and again only to be disappointed after receiving my statement as my surname was incorrectly spelt... Now I'm at a point where I'm frustrated and don't know what to do in regards to this... Will somebody please call me to sort out this mess as I can't even use this statement as my proof of residence as my surname is spelt wrong...
